We are thrilled to share an exciting milestone in our collaboration with the Corporaci\u00f3n Salvadore\u00f1a de Inversiones (CORSAIN).<\/a> Recently, our esteemed Director, Rodrigo Obreg\u00f3n<\/a>, conducted a comprehensive training course on the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System for over 30 participants from CORSAIN.<\/p>

CORSAIN, a key player in El Salvador\u2019s economic development, is a state-owned enterprise dedicated to fostering investment and promoting growth. Strategically located in the Bah\u00eda de La Uni\u00f3n, Golfo de Fonseca, next to the Puerto de La Uni\u00f3n Centroamericana, CORSAIN plays a vital role in facilitating maritime operations while ensuring connectivity with the country\u2019s major urban centers.<\/p>

With state-of-the-art facilities, including a 300-meter-long pier, repair workshops, administrative offices, and refrigerated storage, CORSAIN offers robust support for maritime commerce. Its slipway, inaugurated in 2015, exemplifies its commitment to progress, enabling services for vessels up to 1,750 tons\u2014a $1.4 million investment in the region\u2019s infrastructure.<\/p>

Our training focused on equipping CORSAIN\u2019s team with the knowledge and tools necessary to implement ISO 37001 effectively. This globally recognized standard is critical in preventing, detecting, and addressing bribery within organizations. By adopting such measures, CORSAIN reinforces its commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical practices in all its operations.<\/p>

Participants engaged in hands-on sessions, exploring the practical application of ISO 37001 principles in CORSAIN\u2019s diverse operational framework, including its investment ventures and port management. The training also emphasized the significance of maintaining integrity in high-stakes scenarios, such as the sale of shares and large-scale infrastructure projects.<\/p>

The collaboration with CORSAIN is a testament to our shared vision of fostering sustainable growth and ethical business practices.
